Check out the big picture about how the real-time Sync works between your ALM-Tool and the piplanning app.

You can synchronize your work items on two levels. The Program Level and the Team Level, each of them have ORIGIN BOARDS.

• The Program Backlog Board is the ORIGIN Board for your Program Level, on which you most like synchronize your Features, Epics, Enablers, etc.
• The different Team Boards are the ORIGIN Board for the Team Level (1 Board per Team). On this level you most likely synchronize your User Stories, Infrastructure Enablers, Bugs, etc.

The Program Board itself is not synchronized. However, you can visualize all your work items synchronized with the Backlog Board and/or Team Boards using the "Select a Team Board" or "Mirror" functionality.

IP Range

If your ALM tool is behind a firewall, you need to whitelist our IPs for traffic:
