Team Accounts

If you, for any reason, want to use team accounts (similar to the way it was with our old user management), follow these steps.

Create a user per team

In the RTE Cockpit go to Users and create a team user.

the email address can be a “dummy” address

Set a password

Add the team user to a team

Edit the team and add the created team user.

People login in with the team user will see all the PI sessions where that team is part of

Provide credentials

As there will no email received by anyone provide the credentials manually

  • Password
