You can potentially lock yourself out. If SSO is not working, you can't change the settings anymore. If you are a cloud-customer, Rentouch we can give you access again. On-prem customers need to follow custom instructions to gain access. In either case, please reach out to Rentouch our support team over the service-desk. |
