As an alternative to username + password, we support the following protocols for user authentication:

If you do not see the "Identity Provider" menu item on the left: This is a feature which is not available in all our plans. Please reach out to our sales for more information.

SSO Only / Prevent login with username and password

To prevent login with username and password you can check the box 'Prevent credential login / SSO only' on the IDP setup page.

You can potentially lock yourself out. If SSO is not working, you can't change the settings anymore. If you are a cloud-customer, Rentouch can give you access again. On-prem customers need to follow custom instructions to gain access. In either case, please reach out to Rentouch over the service-desk.
