Login procedure (IMPORTANT!)

SHARE THE RIGHT URL

Navigate to the dashboard of the cockpit and copy the link provided on the Users page. This link navigates directly to the login page for your company.

Limitations and impact

If you have an external IDP configured, you will not be able to manage users manually in piplanning.io anymore, because they will now be managed through the IDP.
This adds the following limitations:

  • An Administrator cannot reset the password of a piplanning.io User's account
  • A User is not able to reset their own password (this needs to be done via the IDP instead)
  • New Users cannot be created in the RTE Cockpit anymore as they are managed by the IDP
