Introduction

SWOT analysis is used to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats related to the current business situation.

Approach

  1. Participants add items to each of the four categories for a specified time box.
  2. When the time box is complete, participants should review the items. Duplicates can be merged. Related items can be organized into clusters.
  3. The team should finalize the workshop by identifying the most impactful items in each area.
