Based on the Collaboration Canvases configured in the RTE Cockpit you are able to use different Collaboration Canvases within your PI Planning Session.
Open Collaboration Canvases
You can open your Collaboration Canvases clicking on the button in the main navigation menu.
Choose your Canvas
Click on the thumbnail to open an existing Canvas
On your keyboard press "5" to get back to the last Collaboration Canvas
Add a new Canvas
First click on "Add"
Then choose a Collaboration Canvas Type
Name your Canvas
Edit Name or Delete Canvas
Permissions
Canvases can only be deleted by users with the role 'admin'.
