The piplanning app synchronizes those fields:
Team Level (Team Board)

Program Level (Backlog Board and Program Board)
- ALM-key

- Priority
If you have required fields on Issue Types which are not covered above, you must either make the fields optional or set default values in Jira for those fields.
Required Field
On the Issue Type Bug, you have the "Behavior"-field defined as required.
Set Default Value
Go to Jira Settings | Issues | Custom fields and open the context for required fields. Press "Create, edit or delete contexts".
Set a Default Value for all required fields on Issue Types you want to be synchronized by the piplanning app.
