Make sure that your support request can be assigned to your organisation which may has a dedicated support plan with Rentouch. This is only possible if Rentouch adds your email (support account) to the organisation. Reach out to us in advance to make sure that is the case. 

Creating a request

  1. Chose the type of request
  2. Assure that you select "Share with <organisation>"

Go to Service Desk
