Solution Trains (ST)

ARTs can be grouped into ST (Solution-Trains). A ST is needed if you want to create a PI Planning session which spawns multiple ARTs (to also visualize cross-ART dependencies).

Create a Solution Train

Open

Navigate to the the Organization (1) menu and select the “Solution Trains“ (2) tab. Then hit the “Create Solution Train“ button on the top right create a new ST.

• Set the name of the ST

• Add one or more ARTs to the ST
