Follow the steps described in sub-pages to provide a Program Increment session including the PI Planning without syncing to your ALM-Tool.

Your session will contain

  • A Program Backlog Board

  • A Program Board

  • A Program Risk board

  • One Team Board per Team

  • Pre-Configured Collaboration Canvases

You can also create Sessions where Teams simply use Collaboration Canvases (i.e. for Agile Teams on Portfolio Level).
