Without ALM-Sync
Follow the steps described in sub-pages to provide a Program Increment session including the PI Planning without syncing to your ALM-Tool.
Your session will contain
- A Program Backlog Board
- A Program Board
- A Program Risk board
- One Team Board per Team
- Pre-Configured Collaboration Canvases
You can also create Sessions where Teams simply use Collaboration Canvases (i.e. for Agile Teams on Portfolio Level).
