Group your teams into ARTs. This allows you to define the structure of the program board.

Creating an ART

Click on 'Create ART' (2) under the Organisation/ARTs (1) tab to open the create dialog.

  • Name: Name of your ART

  • Teams: Add the teams belonging to your art.

A team can only be in one ART.

Editing an ART

The order of the teams in the list corresponds with the order of the teams on the program-board.

The order of the teams can not be changed after session-creation. If you want to change the order of the teams on the program board you must do the following:

  • Change the order of the teams by editing the ART

  • Duplicate the existing piplanning session and select the newly re-arranged ART
