Selection of multiple Sticky Notes
Selecting (multiple) Sticky Notes
By clicking the Select Stickies icon in the bottom right menu, the application goes into selection mode. Keyboard Shortcut: Press Shift and hover over sticky notes.
This is visible by the different mouse cursor.
Then, stickies can be selected by simply clicking them or hovering over them when using the keyboard shortcut method (Hold Shift key and hover over Sticky Note). Selected stickies have a black shadow.
Actions toolbar on the Team Board when multiple stickies selected
When any of the selected stickies are dragged to another position, all other selected stickies follow it.
When pressing the Control^ key while dragging, the other stickies do not follow it.
As soon as more than one sticky is selected, a toolbar menu is shown at the bottom of the screen, see screenshot below.
From the toolbar, the following actions can be performed on the selected stickies:
Align or evenly distributed either horizontally or vertically
Preview the alignment actions by hovering the mouse over an action menu icon for a brief moment before clicking the icon
Link the selected Sticky Notes to other ART Backlog Board stickies or PI Objectives
Every such action can also be undone by clicking the Undo icon after an action is performed

When multiple stickies are selected on the ART Backlog Board a toolbar menu is visible at the bottom of the board. With the following options: Mirror, Teams, Link
Mirror: ability to mirror the selected Backlog sticky notes to the ART Planning Board
Teams: ability to bulk assign the selected ART Backlog Board sticky notes to a Team
Link: the ability to link the selected ART Backlog Board sticky notes to other Sticky Notes or PI Objectives
Every such action can also be undone by clicking the Undo icon after an action is performed
Ending selection
Pressing Escape key clears the selection (i.e. the currently selected Sticky Notes). Pressing Escape again (or clicking the Select Stickies menu item again, or releasing the Shift key) exits the Selection mode.
