Value Stream Canvas

Defining Value Streams and designing ARTs is one of the most critical steps in implementing SAFe® and is described in the Identifying Value Streams and ARTs article. A Value Stream can be an Operational Value Stream or a Development Value Stream. In both cases, additional analysis  is required to define the value stream boundaries, people, deliverables, potential ARTs, and other data. The Value Stream Canvas is a simple tool that stakeholders can use to capture their emerging understanding.
