If you have dependencies to teams in other ARTs you can handle them with the piplanning app. Make sure that you create a Solution-Train session for this to work.

Walk-trough of a typical flow

Imagine you have two ARTs:

  • Animals

    • Antelopes [Team]

    • Jaguars [Team]

    • Iguanas [Team]

    • …

  • Futurama

    • Frys [Team]

    • Benderbrau [Team]

    • Slurm [Team]

    • …

Step 1: Team Antelopes have a dependency to Benderbrau in Futurama ART

  • Create dependency

  • Assign it to a the team in another ART

     

Step 2: Team Benderbrau creates Stories for dependency

 

Step 3: Visualization of dependency on the Animals ART

  • Mirror it to the program-board

  • Visualize it
